Time for my weekly faves again, this time I only have favourites, no likes and not so likes. So let's get to it:

Eyes:
• Collection skyscraper mascara
• Gosh trio in 'fudge' - I love the white colour and the dark brown

Cheeks:
• Fashionista  blushes in 'Rose thrill' and 'Blushing'

Lips:
• NYC lipstick in 'Valenteen' - Such a pretty mauve/pink colour

Extra faves:
• Nivea blush in 'Desert rose'
• David Fincher's 'The girl in the dragon tattoo' - I love this film! It's very much like the book

Autumn is coming....

I've never been one for following rules, or following fashion. So you'll see me swanning around in the summer with black nails and in the winter with bright pink lipstick. That's just how I am. I wear whatever takes my fancy. However I do tend to wear Mauve's, berries and purples in the Autumn, because a) that's my favourite season and b) those are my favourite colours to wear. So I thought why not do a post on my favourite lipsticks, nail varnish etc for Autumn?

Here's what I have, and shall be wearing when those leaves start to fall:

Review: Avon supershock gel liner....

I bought this liner after buying, trying and loving Avon's supershock gel liner in pencil form. I had really high hopes for the gel liner in a jar because I love the pencil so much. However, I'm kind of on the fence about it to be honest. I think it's more to do with the colour and pigmentation more than anything. I got mine in 'blackened metal' which at the time I thought would me more of a very dark grey/almost black, but I was wrong. It's more of a light slate grey with some silver glitter in it. I did find that the glitter doesn't actually transfer onto the eye which like.

The actual product itself is really nice. It's smooth to apply,glides onto the lid (I use Avon's angled liner brush when I apply this) and does last all day with no smudging at all. It dries really quick too which I like, unlike some others that I've tried. For me it's the colour and pigmentation that makes me not love it. I like my liner very black, and I guess you could get this darker if you layered it up but nobody really wants to pile loads of liner on their eye right? I do think though, that this would go great with a subtle smokey eye; maybe using greys and browns because it does give a nice smokey effect with being the grey colour. I'm still going to continue using this on the days if I ever want a subtle yet pretty liner.

Rave - No7 extreme length mascara....

I think anyone who likes No7 has probably already tried this mascara, but it's one that I've only just tried out. I've had it (unopened) for ages, I'm sure it was in a gift set at Christmas and I haven't bothered before now to give it a go because it has a rubber wand, which I'm not usually a fan of. I am now though after using this!

After just one application of this my lashes were so much longer and definitely had more volume. When I applied two coats I looked like I had false lashes on! Because the bristles on the wand are so short and close together it enables you to get from root to tip, which I love. This lasted all day with no flaking or smudging, definitely a mascara that I would recommend and would absolutely repurchase!

My favourite mascaras....

I'm forever buying and trying different mascara's, they're probably the one thing that I'll never stop trying out. There are so many that do different things - Lengthen, separate, give volume etc so I think they all need to be tried out ;)

Anyway, over the past six months I've tried out quite a few and thought I'd post my favourites......so far.

In no particular order:

         * Maybelline 'the colossal volume express cat eyes'

* No7 'extreme length' 

* Avon 'super enchant'

* Clinique 'high impact'

* Soap and Glory 'thick and fast'

I honestly couldn't pick a favourite out of these five, they all lengthen, separate and give volume to my lashes. Each time I've worn each and every one of them, I've looked at my lashes thinking 'WOW' and to me, that's when I know I've found a great mascara!

Weekly favourites time again, as usual lets start with -

 Likes:

* Natural collection lipstick in 'pink mallow' (I had to deopt this because it snapped)
* Clinique longlasting glosswear in 'air kiss' - This was slightly on the sticky side for me
* Avon supershock gel liner in 'blackened metal' - I love everything about this but the colour comes off as more of a grey than black

Not so likes:

Favourites:

* No7 extreme length mascara - I love this!! Rave post coming up soon

* Natural collection eyeshadow in 'moss shimmer' - such a pretty khaki colour

* Natural collection blush in 'rosey glow' - Gives a gorgeous flush of colour

Other faves:

* Avon eyeliner brush
* Gosh soft 'n' shine lipbalm in 'passion pink' - Such a pretty bright pink, leaves lips moisturised
* MAC eyeshadow in 'mystery' - I know use this every day for my eyebrows

Last fave:

* Rita Ora's new album 'Ora' I LOVE this album. I listen to it every day and love each and every song! I highly recommend give it a listen
